The following methods of payment are accepted:
Cash payment:
If you collect the order yourself, you can pay cash directly. Please make an appointment with us in advance.
Cash in advance:
Kindly transfer the due invoice amount to our account so that we can dispatch your order. Payment shall be made within 10 working days. The order will be dispatched on the day of receipt of payment.
After the order you will receive our bank details. Please write the OrderID in the reference field.
Cash on delivery (Germany only):
Our delivery service provides this option within Germany only. Please note, however, that a C.O.D. charge of 5.00 EUR will be added to the usual forwarding charges.
Credit card:
You can conveniently pay with your credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD ). Your order will be forwarded to the dispatch department.
PayPal:
You can conveniently pay via PayPal. Please register under http://www.paypal.de in advance.
Sofortüberweisung (Immediate transfer):
“Sofortüberweisung" is a new, innovative method of payment with TÜV-certificate and TÜV-approved transaction safety. Sofortüberweisung has been developed by the Payment Network AG and has already been used in various online shops in Germany.

Conclusion of contract:
The presentation of the products in the online shop constitutes no legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the “Send order” button, you make a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. A confirmation for receipt of the order will be made immediately upon sending of the order. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivery of the goods within 5 days.
We will save the contract text and send you the order details via email. You can have a look at your previous orders in our LogIn area.

Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway:
Customers from Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway will be supplied on “net prices”. When making our order or entering your address details, the shop automatically considers that you do not have to pay the German VAT. The total amount of your order will therefore be displayed immediately before termination of the order accordingly.
Customs & import sales tax – In the customs forms for packages to countries outside the EU, the value of the items contained in the delivery are listed according to product type. Possibly arising charges for the customs clearance shall be charged to the buyer; agFashion.de has no influence on these charges and can therefore not predict the amount of the latter.
